Manfaat Cokelat
Sudah banyak orang tau manfaat Cokelat bagi kehidupan Manusia. Sebentar, saya bukan penggemar cokelat lho..Cuma pengin share aja. Kalo ada yang baca, ya boleh percaya boleh gak percaya wes. Yang penting jangan mencuri biji cokelat,ntar bisa dilaporkan ke pihak berwajib lho.hehe..Sebelumnya,maaf kalo bahasanya agak kacau,coz dah lama gak blogging, terlalu sibuk Offline nih.

Kata cokelat berasal dari xocoatl (bahasa suku Aztec). Kemudian, oleh orang-orang Indian di Meksiko, kata tersebut berkembang menjadi kata chocolat yang berarti minuman pahit. Minuman cokelat pun menjadi minuman abadi sepanjang sejarah manusia.
Ketertarikan saya pada cokelat bertambah setelah salah satu teman menawarkan cara belajar yang unik, dan menurut saya iu adalah suatu yang baru. Waktu masih SMP, diajakin belajar bareng (untuk menghadapi ujian,gan..) seorang teman. Dialah yang ‘mengenalkan’ cokelat sebagai teman setia ketika Belajar. Berhubung teman saya itu otaknya cukup encer (nilainya bagus2 gtu lah),ya ikutan deh belajar sambil makan cokelat..hehe.,dan hasilnya,saya lulus dengan nilai yang gak jelek untuk kalangan SMP waktu itu..
Entah apa yang membuat khasiat cokelat begitu besar. Tapi hati-hati, kata orang sih makin pahit rasa cokelat makin bagus buat tubuh. Nah,karena penasaran, saya coba deh cari wangsit ke mbah Google,.eh disuruh ke AnneAhira.com..dapet deh:
Kandungan di dalam Cokelat?
- Teobromida atau dimethylxanthine
Biji buah cokelat mengandung teobromida atau dimethylxanthine; demikian juga kulit biji, kulit buah, dan daun mudanya. Kedua senyawa tersebut dipercaya mampu merangsang kontraksi otot. - Antioksidan fenol
Antioksidan fenol yang terkandung dalam cokelat adalah penyebab mengapa orang yang mengonsumsi cokelat bisa berusia lebih panjang. Cokelat mempunyai kemampuan untuk menghambat oksidasi kolesterol LDL (kolesterol jahat) dan meningkatkan fungsi kekebalan tubuh, sehingga dapat mencegah risiko penyakit jantung koroner dan kanker. - Alkaloid
Cokelat mengandung alkaloid-alkaloid seperti teobromin, fenetilamina, dan anandamida, yang memiliki efek fisiologis untuk tubuh. Kandungan-kandungan ini banyak dihubungkan dengan tingkat serotonin dalam otak. Menurut para ilmuwan, cokelat yang dimakan dalam jumlah normal secara teratur dapat menurunkan tekanan darah.Rasa asli biji cokelat sebenarnya pahit akibat kandungan alkaloid, tetapi setelah melalui rekayasa proses dapat dihasilkan cokelat sebagai makanan yang disukai oleh siapapun.
- Lemak
Biji cokelat mengandung lemak 31%. Sepertiga lemak yang terdapat dalam cokelat adalah asam oleat yaitu asam lemak tak jenuh. Sebuah studi epidemiologis menyimpulkan asam oleat memiliki efek positif bagi kesehatan jantung. - Karbohidrat di dalam cokelat sekitar 14%.
- Protein 9%. Protein cokelat kaya akan asam amino triptofan, fenilalanin, dan tyrosin.
- Polifenol
Meski mengandung lemak tinggi, namun cokelat relatif tidak mudah menjadi anyir karena kadungan polifenol-nya. yang berfungsi sebagai antioksidan pencegah ketengikan.
Nah,berhubung ane gak ngerti tentang Gizi,ya copas aja deh..hehe., Mungkin emang bener khasiat cokelat buat teman ketika belajar, pelajaran jadi lebih gampang diingat tuh..paling gak,bisa membantu buat yang masih pake sistem belajar SKS(Sistem Kebut Semalam) ato wayangan..
